How to request deletion of your Tandem account
To request deletion of your Tandem account and the personal information associated with it, send an email to support@tandem.tt with the subject line “Data deletion”. Please send the email from the address associated with your Tandem account, or otherwise include enough information for us to identify the account (for example, the name on the profile and the Meta account used to sign in).
We will:
- Acknowledge your request within a reasonable time.
- Confirm we can identify the account before taking any irreversible action.
- Process the deletion in line with Section 8 (Retention) of our Privacy Policy, which describes what is deleted within 30 days, what may be retained in anonymised or pseudonymised form for up to 24 months for dispute resolution and cross-user record integrity, and how legal holds are handled.
A self-serve in-app account deletion flow is on our roadmap. Until it ships, the email request above is the way to exercise your deletion right.
